At 20 years old in 1964, he founded the first meeting of the Community Action Acevedo (Huila). In 1966 he emigrated with his family in Caquetá.
was appointed coordinator of Community Action. professor at the municipality of Bethlehem Caquetá.
With his sons and his wife founded two inspections of Police: Los Angeles and Los buttresses.
organized 38 schools and a boarding school for underprivileged children.
Creator Shrine of the Virgin of Las Mercedes in the inspection of the buttresses.
