MDO The founding meeting of the Rule, was attended by thirteen activists from different opposition parties and movements of the municipality, which analyzed and discussed a document related to the "Principles of Democratic Ungovernability" , as defined Independent journalist Víctor E. Sánchez. Created a small Municipal Government Opposition consisting of:
A President: Jesus Emilio Hernández Figueroa.
A Human Rights Commissioner: Juan Carlos Bous Batista.
A Housing Commissioner: Rafael Velázquez Egües.
A Commissioner for Transport and Road Construction: Ernesto Artiles Tosco.
This small group was backed by other opponents of the present that included as members of the MDO, making clear their support in everything you need for the development and smooth operation.
The meeting was held at the home of Edilio Morales Buide, located at Estrada # 11 e / Calzada and Deposit Rule, Rule, C. Havana.
